The European Affiliation of Non-public Worldwide Regulation (EAPIL), along with the Division of Regulation, Economics and Cultures of the College of Insubria, with the Regulation College of the College of Murcia (Spain) and the Regulation College of the Jagiellonian College in Kraków (Poland), is organising the Second EAPIL Winter College. The 2025 version can be dedicated to “Multistate Torts”, coping with the continuing challenges of the remedy of torts linked with a number of States. Developments on the European stage, each Hague Conventions and EU legislative measures can be examined, beneath an strategy combining principle and apply, and making broad room for interplay with the attendees.
